Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Solution C LLC(“we”, “us”) governing your use of CastPlane (castplane.com), an AI video studio that turns your scripts and characters into finished short-form videos. By creating an account you accept these terms.

The service

CastPlane generates images, voiceover, and video using third-party AI providers, and assembles them into finished videos. AI generation is probabilistic: outputs vary, a portion of generations need a retry, and results may contain errors or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it. Features may change as the service evolves.

Credits and payment

• Generation is metered against a prepaid credit balance. Each generation’s cost is shown or deducted at the time it runs.
• Failed generations are automatically refundedto your balance. Completed generations are not refundable — the compute they consumed was spent, whether or not you like the creative result (that’s what per-shot retries are for).
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused balances are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
• Pricing may change; changes never affect credits already purchased.

Your content and your responsibilities

• You own your content.Scripts, reference images, and voice samples you upload remain yours, and you own the videos the service renders for you, to the extent we can grant that under our providers’ terms.
• You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your content and passing the relevant pieces to our AI providers to fulfil your generation requests.
• You must have the rights to what you upload.In particular, uploading a real person’s likeness or voice requires that person’s consent. Impersonating real people without consent is prohibited.
• You are responsible for how you use and publish generated videos, including compliance with the rules of any platform you post to and any disclosure requirements for AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You may not use CastPlane to create or distribute:

• illegal content, or content that infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• deceptive impersonations of real people (including non-consensual deepfakes), fraud, or scams;
• content sexualizing minors, or harassment or incitement of violence;
• attempts to circumvent the service’s or our providers’ safety filters, or to probe or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Connected YouTube channels

If you connect a YouTube channel, publishing through CastPlane is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account’s permissions page.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We depend on third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee their uptime, output quality, or continued availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost content — export copies of videos you care about.

Termination

You can stop using CastPlane at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable we’ll warn you first. On termination for a terms violation, remaining credits attributable to abusive use may be forfeited.

Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Solution C LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: ebiz123net@gmail.com.
