Privacy Policy

CastPlane (castplane.com) is an AI video studio operated by Solution C LLC(“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who touches it. The short version: we collect what’s needed to run the studio and bill you, we share your content only with the AI providers that generate your videos, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider, Supabase). We never see or store your plain-text password.
• Content you create or upload — characters (including reference images and voice samples you upload or generate), scripts, scenes, shot prompts, and the images, audio, and video the service generates for you.
• Billing records — your prepaid credit balance, credit transactions, and promo-code redemptions. Payments are processed by our checkout provider; we never see or store card numbers.
• Usage and cost logs — records of generation jobs (what was generated, when, and what it cost) so your wallet is billed accurately and failed jobs can be refunded.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To operate the studio and generate the videos you request.
• To meter usage against your prepaid credits and process refunds for failed jobs.
• To respond to support requests.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in.

Who processes your data

Generating AI video requires sending pieces of your content to specialist providers. Each receives only what its step needs:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (your account and all your content live here).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — script and prompt text you write or request, for AI writing assistance.
• fal.ai — image and video generation (receives your prompts and reference/keyframe images).
• ElevenLabs — voiceover generation (receives narration text and, if you create a custom voice, your voice samples).
• Creatomate — final video assembly (receives the clips, audio, and captions of the video being rendered).
• Our checkout provider — payment processing when you buy credits (receives your payment details directly; we receive only a confirmation).

YouTube and Google services

CastPlane uses YouTube API Services to publish videos from connected YouTube channels and read their performance analytics. Connecting a channel is optional and uses Google’s own consent screen; we store the resulting authorization token securely server-side and use it only to upload videos you explicitly post and to retrieve analytics for them. By using this feature you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke CastPlane’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored token.

Retention and deletion

Your content stays in your account until you delete it — projects, characters, and their assets can be deleted in-app, which removes the underlying files from storage. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us (address below) from your account email and we will complete the deletion within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required for accounting.

Security

All data is stored with per-account isolation enforced at the database level (row-level security), transferred over HTTPS, and all provider credentials are held server-side only. No system is perfectly secure, but access to your content is scoped to your account by design.

Children

CastPlane is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
